    Thank you for your interest in serving your community as a volunteer.   The Eligibility Requirements for the position currently open, OPU Commissioner - Fifth Ward:  Member must be an eligible voter and a resident of Owatonna who has maintained residence in the City's Fifth Ward for thirty (30) days before appointment.
