Fee Structure

• $70.00 for Season Pass (full season)
• $45.00 for Season Pass (after July 15)
• $50.00 for additional family member (Same household)
• $5.00 per day, per person
• $30.00 punch Card (14 Sessions)
• $3.00 Early Session Pass (Open unitl 6 PM)
• $3.00 Late Session Pass (6 PM until close or one weekdays during the Spring and Fall Hours)

Helmet, elbow pads and knee pads – $1.00 Each Piece.

Skate Park Rules

  Skating is restricted to inside the fenced in area.
  All skaters MUST fill out a waiver form and have a registration card on file.
  All forms MUST be signed by your parent or legal guardian if you are 17 or under.
  All skaters under 18 MUST wear the following protective equipment; elbow and knee pads, and are highly recommended for 18 and older. Wrist guards are optional.
  Everyone that uses the skate park MUST wear a helmet.
  All protective gear and equipment must be designed for skateboard and in-line skating and be in good condition. The Owatonna Skate Park reserves the right to refuse to allow anyone to skate if their protective gear and equipment is not adequate.
  All skaters MUST act in an orderly, safe and considerate manner while on the Morehouse premises and in the skating park.
  Everyone is to wait his / her turn.  Reckless or dangerous skaters will be requested to leave the skating area and the skate park premises immediately.
  All injuries, whether major or minor in nature, are to be reported to the staff immediately.  In the case of a serious injury, do not move the injured person and all skating on that ramp shall cease immediately.
  Food or drink is allowed in picnic table areas only.  No food or drink on the ramps or
skating area, as spills jeopardize the skaters.
  No children younger than 6 will be allowed in the skating area.
  Proper language and music MUST be used at all times.  Anyone using or playing music with improper language will be asked to leave Morehouse Park.
  Skateboards and bicycles and in-line skates only; scooters are prohibited.
  No glass containers.
  No drugs, alcohol or tobacco products will be permitted at Morehouse Park.
  No pets are allowed in skate park area.
  No littering.  Please use trash cans to help to keep YOUR skate park a clean and fun place to skate.
  No spectators allowed in fenced in area.
  Shirts must be worn at all times.

Maintaining the facility

  • Please report maintenance concerns to staff at the bike/skate park facility.
  • Owatonna Bike/Skate Park reserves the right to:
  • Close the facility for any circumstances deemed necessary.
  • Restrict entry to the facility and to ask persons to leave the facility if any rules are not followed,
    or if unsafe or inappropriate behavior is observed.
  • This is your park, please cooperate and make this an enjoyable and safe facility.

Online Forms

All forms must be signed by a parent or legal guardian if 17 or
under. Signature must be notarized or staff will verify by
telephone if parent does not complete the form(s) at the Skate
Park prior to participant using the Park. Season Pass Members
must complete both the membership form and the waiver form.
