City of Owatonna

This course qualifies drivers 55 and over for a 10% reduction in their insurance. An eight-hour course, divided into two, four hour days, is required if you have not taken this before. The four hour refresher class is required every three years for the continuation of your 10% car insurance discount. A certificate is provided for your insurance company. AARP Members $16.00 or Non-Members $18.00 per person.

Need to register and pay ahead of time.
