May be made 5 days in advance for non-pass holders and 7 days in advance for pass holders.

Green Fee Golf Passes-

9 Holes - 10 Passes = $130.00; 20 Passes = $220.00

18 Holes - 10 Passes = $230.00; 20 Passes = $420.00

(Golf pass charges include surcharge and tax)

Power carts are available for rental.  The cost is $7.00 per rider for nine holes and $12.00 per rider for 18 holes.

Power Cart Rental 9 Holes:  $7.00 per rider

 Power cart rental requires driver to possess a valid driver's license.

Personally Owned Carts: (Prices do not include sales tax)

Personally owned power carts my be used on the course for a fee of $360.00 per seson or $280.00 per season for a senior citizen (age 55 and older as of 1-1-13). The fee must be paid in full prior to initial use of the cart on the course. Such carts may be operated by immediate family members only (i.e husband, wife, son, and/or daughter). Non-family members that use the cart on the course will be required to pay the daily trailer fee of $10 for 9 holes or $15 for 18 holes. Personal cart drivers must possess a valid driver's license and are responsible for following all cart rules at Brooktree.

Clubhouse hours subject to change due to inclement weather or darkness.

2013 Season Pass Rates

• Senior Husband & Wife (age 55 as of 1-1-13) $568

• Single Sr. Citizen--(Age 55 as of 1-1-13) $428

• Single Adult $463

• Young Adult (age 16-22 as of 1-1-13) $310

• Junior (ages 10-15 as of 1-1-13) $168

• Family Combo - $620 (2 or 3 persons - maximum of 2 adults)

Family combinations must all live in same household and be immediate family members, can be Husband & Wife, or Adult & Young Adult or Adult & Junior. Cost of additional young adults and juniors to family combinations are as follows:

• 1st Young Adult $117

• 2nd Young Adult $101

• 3rd Youth Adult $84

• 1st Junior $91

• 2nd Junior $75

• 3rd Junior $57

Passes may be purchased paying 60% initially, with the balance due June 30, 2013.

Prices DO NOT include sales tax or the surcharge. Season passes may be purchased at the Brooktree Clubhouse starting March 11, 2013.

Golf Surcharge

A golf surcharge was instituted for the 2004 season to pay for golf course improvements and will continue for 2013 season.
