Brooktree Clubhouse Facility Rental:
The Brooktree Clubhouse is available for parties, workshops and banquets during November through March 10. Brooktree offers a great facility with kitchen, bar set-up and a lounge that seats 94.

Personally Owned Carts:
Personally owned power carts may be used on the course for the fee of $375.00 per season or $275.00 per season for a senior citizen (age 55 and older as of 1-1-2010). The fee must be paid in full prior to initial use of the cart on the course. Such carts may be operated by immediate family members only (i.e. husband, wife, son and/or daughter). Non-family members that use a cart on the course will be required to pay the daily trailer fee of $10 for 9 holes or $15 for 18 holes. Personal cart drivers are responsible for following all cart rules at Brooktree.
