Steel Variations: Functional Sculptures

Steel Variations are public functional bike rack sculptures. Two were installed at Owatonna Public Library on June 3, 2011, and one at the Blooming Prairie Branch Library on June 15. Two more were installed at the West Hills complex on June 30. All were designed by Wil Natzel and fabricated at J Shore & Co of Owatonna.
