City Charter
Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 in City Council Chambers, City Administration Building, 540 West Hills Circle, Owatonna, Minnesota on an amendment to the City Charter proposed by the City Charter Commission to provide that the dates by which the City adopts its budget and levies taxes conform to Minn. Stat. Chapter 275. (Full Notice is on the calendar) Persons wishing to be heard on the question may attend and testify at the hearing or submit written comments prior to or at the hearing.
