This form should be used to report a violation of City of Owatonna Nuisance Ordinance 1090:00. The ordinance should be reviewed prior to submitting a complaint form. The form must be filled out completely.  Submit form to Owatonna Fire Department, 107 W Main Street.

The Hood System Permit Application form is used for the installation of new hood extinguishing systems within the city of Owatonna. The following items must be received at the Owatonna Fire Department before any plan reviews will occur: complete Hood Sysetm Permit Application, permit fees, and two sets of hood system plans.
