Author Chad Lewis, a local favorite, returns to OPL with a program on the "Bizarre History of Minnesota." Lewis is a researcher, author, and lecturer on topics of the strange and unusual. Join us for a program about some of the stranger events in our state's history. **NORTH STRAIGHT RIVER PARKWAY IS CLOSED TEMPORARILY UNTIL AT LEAST SEPTEMBER 10. The Park Passport program is an initiative of the City of Owatonna Parks and Recreation Department to promote healthy lifestyle choices. The program encourages families to explore our parks and exercise by walking the mapped trails. The four-week program is FREE and all access to the parks is FREE!
