Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Owatonna, MN, will meet in Council Chambers of the City Administration Building at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 to consider the making of three improvement projects:
2020 Street & Utility Project: areas affected include: Cherry Street, Shady Avenue and Greenhaven Lane.
2020 Truman Avenue Project: Truman Avenue from Havana Road to Main Street
The current estimated cost of such improvement is $3,255,497.00.
2020 Bridge Street Project: Bridge Street from 1-35 to 24th Avenue
pursuant to Minn. Stat§§ 429.011 to 429.111.
Public hearings will be held for each of these projects. Reasonable estimates of the impact of Preliminary Assessments will be available at these hearings. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to a proposed improvement will be heard during these hearings.
